I wish I had told you this when I met you in Vegas...
Okay, so I was a bit flustered...hell, it was you, Gavin!! LOL I met you outside the Hard Rock before your absolutely amazing show!.... anyway, I know you hear a million times how your music inspires people. Welp, here's another. This coming Friday and Saturday (Aug 1st and 2nd) I am on a team of 12 people running a 200 mile 36 hour relay that starts in Fort Collins, Colorado goes up thru Wyoming and ends in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
I am telling you (and everyone on this board...eeks) this because I have doubts about finishing this relay but then I listen to Forever May You Run and man oh man, I get to runnin'!!!! I run 3 legs of this relay...one uphill, one at 3 in the morning and the last in the heat of the afternoon.
When I think i can't do this, I listen the1st 5 words of this song...and I know that I can do it.
I'm sure gonna be singing this, heck I don't even care if I sing it out loud, to help get me across the finish line. Can anyone name a better song? I doubt it!!!
Anyway, I hope you read this tho I know you are super busy. Thanks for your amazing music!! Keep it up and keep going with the phenomenal shows!! You are the best!!

missed out again...
well i believe i already missed the show in chicago.. the last few weeks have been strange and traumatic even for me , so, i completely lost track of when it was even happening...another tour is rolling by without me at a single show.. so far 1 bush show.. 0 institute shows.. and 0 just gavin shows..well maybe it will roll around close again.. if not, at least everyone has been sharing their videos..

What a great first solo album. Wow. Good job. It is beautiful. Have followed you since MTV first played Everything Zen (knew Robin at the time so we all waited with excitement.) You did not disappoint.
What you do is awesome man, please keep it up.

Wanderlust New York Release
I just got back from the NY Hard Rock where Gavin celebrated the release of Wanderlust by playing a bunch of songs (AMAZING! BOTH OLD AND NEW) and signing cds. I finally got the chance to talk to him and tell him how I have been following him since 5th grade (I am now 25) and have been a constant fan of his work. His music has gotten me through so very much....ups and downs....for years and years now. So happy I got to let him know that- and what an amazingly compassionate person he was. He showed true happiness upon hearing the words and gave me one of the most sincere embraces and some very touching words. GAVIN- you are amazing and have touched so many lives. No matter what, your fans will continue to support your music and are grateful for all you have done. Your new album is INCREDIBLE. Can't wait for your next NY performance!!
